How I guarantee your success in 5 easy steps
I take every one of my clients through the same process to ensure results.
Step 1 – The initial consultation – We can’t set tangible goals until we have some current information such as; what your exercise routine is, what your diet is like so we can tailor your diet specifically for you and your body stats. We will also go through a PAR-Q and the client agreement.
Step 2 -Measurements – I make sure to record not only your weight but also circumference measurements and a 12 site Biosginature body fat test. This gives a MUCH deeper insight into body composition changes (fat loss, lean muscle gain) than using just scales.
Step 3 – Posture and muscle imbalance test – Your body cannot operate efficiently at 100% if you have bad posture or a muscle imbalance. I will take the tests and then prescribe an exercise/stretching routine to correct any problems. This will also eliminate back pain for 90% of sufferers.
Step 4 – Diet & Training plan – You will be then given your very own diet and exercise plan to follow in your own time. Of course you will also meet with your trainer for your own personal training sessions.
Step 5 – Monthly review – Every month we will review your progress taking your measurements again, assessing your diet and exercise routine and tweaking it as need be to ensure future progress. We will then set new goals to beat the following month and this is how I guarantee my clients success!
What a session involves
Every session is different and tailored to each individual depending on your goals, limitations and body types but will usually follow a loose plan of a warm up, a mixture of Strength and conditioning helping you to tone up, build muscle and burn through fat like never before and then a cool down.
We don’t train hard we train SMART. The workouts will be challenging, progressive and fun and before you know it you will reach your goals and wonder why you hadn’t started sooner!

Training location
I am based at the PT Studio 23 in Fairlop (10 minutes from Chigwell) but also offer home visits where I have all the equipment necessary to train you in your own home, garden or local park.
