I don’t use a one size fits all approach when it comes to diet.
Everyone is treated individually. I favour towards all natural Paleo foods but I’m not anti carb or single minded when it comes to dieting.
As long as you are compliant there are plenty of variations that I have used with my clients time and time again to get the results you want.
