from Switzerland and came to England to be a professional rider. I
started
international showjumping recently. These tournaments are hard work and
Shane really helped me to get in shape and improve my general fitness as
well as adjust my diet to the requirements of the sport. I also lost
some weight and got stronger. We worked a lot
on balance and strength and I could really feel how my general
performance improved! Before
I worked with Shane I placed OK but didn't win much but since training

I worked with Shane for a little longer than a month. If you are motivated to change your body shape in the shortest time possible all you have to do is follow his advice. It wasn't easy, Shane pushed me through every single workout taking my body to the next level. His brain is like a fat loss encyclopedia, he is a no bull type of trainer that takes pride in his work and his clients. I followed his advice to a T and it worked. He cant make you lose the weight himself but if you follow his advice you will reach your goals and then some!

Frankie Neale
Hi my name is Frankie Neale and I am a full time Rugby player. I have represented England U20, have had a contract at Saracens Academy, and played for London Wasps A League for the past 2 years. I have played at the top flight of Division 2 for the past four years at Blackheath, being the youngest player in 2005/06 to play that level. Looking for a new challenge, I signed for London Scottish 2008/09 season, who are league leaders, and with the biggest 3 year sponsorship deal out of the Premiership, have a strong future ahead of them.
The demands of the sport in this day and age, are massive. The ability to keep your strict diet in tune with your training, is as mentally challenging as playing a full game of Rugby.
Shane has given me guidance, as well as new training routines, to keep my body the best it can be, and better. Shane is not only good at his job, but has the personality and well-being to go with it. And I look forward to every session i have.
Out of the many Personal Trainers, conditioning coaches and mentors I have had over my professional career, Shane is at the top of the list.
With Shane as a Coach and now as a friend, he inspired me to take on my level 2 gym instructor. With that now completed and out of the way, I am looking forward to taking my level 3 in Personal Training, to follow in the foot steps of Shane.

John Dyer
I'm John, a 51 year old office worker who is overweight> I have tried
different sports to try and keep active. I finally found triathlon, and have
done a few Sprint and Olympic events. Always to the back of the field, but I
enjoyed the atmosphere. I started training with Shane because my training
had reached a plateau being in my 50's,keeping in shape has been an uphill
struggle. I had entered for an Ironman event, and after revisiting my
previous training logs. I realised I needed an fresher approach. Shane
definitely put me through your paces, and was focused on getting the best
results out of me. Yes it hurt!. I received an injury, but Shane adapted the
schedule accordingly. His training sessions were tough, but it's exactly why
I asked him to do. My training sessions with Shane have made me realise that
I needed to add additional training sessions to my current schedule to
ensure my body can adapt to the rigors of my sport. I have taken time out
with Shane at the moment, but have taken away vital lessons to incorporate
into my yearly plan, and would go back to Shane for future kick starts.

I was a client of Shane’s for 3 months in 2010 and we worked together twice a week to improve my general level of fitness, and get my weight down.
Shane provided a varied and comprehensive programme, coupled with helpful dietary and supplement advice. The workouts were stretching, but never dangerously so and Shane was adept at knowing when limits were about to be reached!
After three months, I felt better in body and spirit and glad that I had discovered once more the benefits of regular exercise.

Lee Fairbrass
I'm Lee, a 28 year old office worker that was in really bad shape.
When I met Shane, I weighed about 118kgs, had a 42" waist and could
barely bench press 40kgs. I got out of breath walking up the stairs in
the Romford Fitness First.
I trained with Shane once a week for 12 weeks, usually training twice a
week on my own.
At the end of the 12 weeks, my weight was down to 101kgs, my waist was
down to 38" and I was bench pressing over 80kgs. My overall fitness
improved massively and I had the knowledge of how to train properly to
continue to lose weight.

PRO Benni McCarthy
I trained Benni McCarthy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benni_McCarthy) for 6 weeks in 2011. Right after he had left West Ham.
He was considerably out of shape considering he was a Premiership footballer when we met and was going to football training 4x a week and eating a 'healthy' diet.
We took him through a biosignature test and found out what hormones were causing his fat to stick around, gave him a nutritional plan and then he trained 4x a week at our studio for 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks he had
- Dropped his body fat percentage down by 5%
- Dropped 10lb of actual bodyfat
- Gained 15lb of lean muscle.
